The Lead Pastor

A community for people leading churches.

“So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.”

The Lead Pastor is a members’ club for people leading churches, passionate about encountering God, building his kingdom, seeing him glorified.

Our goal is to foster a community of church leaders to develop and share best practice, tips and tools to build healthy, thriving, and growing church communities.

Together we’re defining and shaping the future of church.

Join us on our journey to discover how to pastor and lead better.
