Honoring Leaders Advancing God’s Kingdom

The Lead Pastor’s Impact 100 is our annual recognition of pastors and ministry leaders whose work is bearing visible kingdom fruit.

These are the leaders faithfully proclaiming the gospel, forming disciples, strengthening churches, engaging culture, and serving their communities in ways that reflect the reconciling work of Christ.

Each year, we identify 100 individuals whose leadership demonstrates enduring spiritual impact — in their churches, their cities, and the broader life of the Church.

About The Lead Pastor's Impact 100 List

The Church is called to faithfulness in every generation.

Pastors are navigating cultural complexity, digital disruption, social division, and rising spiritual hunger — often simultaneously.

In this environment, steady, gospel-rooted leadership matters more than ever.

The Impact 100 exists to recognize those who are not merely maintaining institutions, but advancing the mission of God with wisdom, courage, and integrity.

Through a careful editorial review process, we identify leaders whose ministry demonstrates sustained spiritual fruit, organizational health, cultural engagement, and kingdom advancement.

The result is an annual cohort reflecting what faithful, formative pastoral leadership looks like today.

Selection & Editorial Standards

Honorees are selected through a structured editorial review led by The Lead Pastor team.

We evaluate nominees against four core signals of impact:

  • Evidence of sustained spiritual fruit
  • Faithfulness in leadership and teaching
  • Meaningful influence within church or community
  • Demonstrated contribution to the mission of the Church

Final selections are determined by our editorial board.

The Lead Pastor Impact 100 recognizes leaders whose ministry bears lasting fruit — not simply those with platform or prominence.
